Whitaker 

Corvidae being the broader family (Magpies, Jays, etc..) of the 40 species Corvus genus (Crows, Rooks,etc...) of highly intelligent scavengers (vultures) who eat 11 ounces daily therefore indulge on almost everything to maintain nutrients the average weight of 1 pound stretching 21-27 inches. 

Baby crows are chicks until taking flight as fledglings, but live with parents long enough to assist with next brood of offspring.

Three crows or more constitute a murder, suppose two would be an "attempted murder". These smart, quirky shiny gift givers are murdered by West Nile Virus having killed 45% of population since 1999.

Crows communicate over 250 calls for a plethora of reasons, including defending each bother or to sit stop the tallest perch in warn of danger passing it.

May 6, 2024 Walk Across Eugene Oregon

When walking over Ferry Street Bridge facing West a person can see the Valley River Center Bridge far off in the distance.  Traveling north over the Ferry Street Bridge immediately taking a right onto the Ruth Bascom Riverbank trail. 

 Westward passes Skinners Butte to the left, followed by an annoying playground full of screaming germs.   There is the option to go East toward the University of Oregon and Autzen Stadium/Cuthbert Amphitheatre.  

There are many paths off of the main trail that go into the Whitaker neighborhood.  Often I take this route to go to a dispensary and then meet back up with the trail at the end of North Polk Street.  Around a mile from leaving the bridge is the Owen Rose Garden.

  All the while the river is to the right of the flowing as steady as the smorgasburg of bicyclists, skateboarders, shelter-challenged street folks, strollers being pushed by walkers, joggers, junkies, the occasional rollerblader or rare unicycler usually it's a posse of unicyclists (once they were naked) going toward West Eugene with the downtown bound or university crowd flowing the opposite direction. 

Around 1.75 miles past the Rose garden is the Valley River Center Bridge which goes to the mall and the bird sanctuary. 

When crossing the view to the west is beautiful but looking to the east far in the distance would be the Ferry Street Bridge. 

Before crossing yet one more Bridge with bright neon red lights going over the Beltline Highway.  

A great location for viewing clouds on a clear day in the summer.

Looping back around to my house in North Eugene after blissing out in bird paradise.

Description of Collage of Crap Graffiti From top to bottom:

USSUF (?questionable?), Skit or Shit, Tonks and Liar with the latter differing in letter style being more "middle ages Friar club style intermingled with deck of cards" compared to the "fat bubble letter" font of first three, yet all of them Master nothing, but crap.

  Practice on your parents attic, basement or if they are dead gravestone.  Not in public eyesore territory for the sake of urban art credibility.  While spazZz
 takes pictures of the whole spectrum from "worse than above" to "phenomenal freelance creative genius" graffiti.  The best is sprayed on the side of trains passing through the city on these tracks.
